Low outlet fluid temperatures (water or water and glycol, down to -8°C) characterize RW ax LT liquid chillers: air condensation ensures that they use are electrical energy, and not water, for their operation: a resource that is then optimized by the electronically controlled “brushless” type axial fans. Up to +40°C ambient temperature allowed in standard execution.

Liquid chillers for low temperatures, even in outdoor environments

These Frigofluid systems allow for cooled liquid (water or water and glycol) temperatures between -5°C and +15°C. In standard execution, ambient temperatures up to +40°C are allowed; in the “RW ax/HTA” version, higher ambient temperatures are achievable.

They are also suitable for outdoor environments without the need for protective canopies: in fact, the standard IP54 rating allows outdoor installation without protective canopies.

RW ax LT cooling chillers are air-cooled and environmentally friendly gas compression condensing machines.

RW ax LT Liquid Chiller for Low Temperatures

Focus: electronic microprocessor of hydraulic circuit and coolant circuit

It is the instrument for thermostatting water (or water and glycol) and displaying refrigerant gas working pressures. The customer has the possibility of remote diagnosis: in fact, an alphanumeric display communicates the operating “status” of the central unit.

In multi-compressor machines, the microprocessor rotates the starts of the compressors to balance their working hours.

Versions and types of accumulation available

  • RWC ax LT: airtight internal storage (possibility of connecting other power plants in parallel).
  • RWA ax LT: internal storage at atmospheric pressure.
  • RWE ax LT: external storage.
