RW ax Liquid Chiller

These liquid chillers combine efficiency and performance control with brushless axial fans: they are chillers suitable for achieving average fluid outlet temperatures while optimizing energy use. In standard execution, ambient temperatures up to +40°C are allowed, but set-ups for even higher ambient temperatures can be requested.

RW ax LT Liquid Chiller

Low outlet fluid temperatures (water or water and glycol, down to -8°C) characterize RW ax LT liquid chillers: air condensation ensures that they use are electrical energy, and not water, for their operation: a resource that is then optimized by the electronically controlled “brushless” type axial fans. Up to +40°C ambient temperature allowed in standard execution.

The secret of this system is the combination of the refrigeration section and the free-cooling section depending on the time of day and year: the first mode allowed by these liquid chillers takes advantage of the normal operation of a refrigeration circuit, the second allows cold outside air to be directly conveyed to the fluid to be cooled: maximum efficiency, minimum energy use due to the clear separation between the two sections.

Adiabatic Dry Coolers

Frigofluid adiabatic dry coolers are cooling systems that use outside air to cool the fluid circulating inside their “finned coil.” Pre-cooling the air with short water wetting cycles (through the “adiabatic” section) allows for an increase in efficiency, typically needed during warmer times of the year, or in situations where the process fluid temperature must be lower than the outside air temperature.

Industrial dry coolers are closed-loop cooling systems suitable for applications requiring a process fluid temperature no lower than the ambient air temperature. Industrial Thermoregulation Units

Industrial termoregulation units manufactured by Frigofluid are designed to condition moulds and cylinders in various industrial processes. In plastic moulding, process fluids are kept at temperature, thus reducing the use of electrical power for heating and limiting the cooling power spent on cooling by self-stabilisation.
