Technical Inspection for Chiller Selection

Confirmation of your refrigeration needs on the system

During the preliminary assessment, we will have the opportunity to exchange information about your production process and verify your plant needs. After that stage, an on-site inspection may be useful to refine our idea or enucleate new needs.

When a site visit is necessary

A pre-design site visit is not always required: information gathered during initial contacts is often exhaustive.

In some cases, however, it may be useful for technical and operational staff to verify the elements gathered and evaluate additional elements-a way to “ground” the reasoning made on paper and observe plant peculiarities not previously enucleated.

On-site inspection: what to evaluate

During the preliminary visit, the parameters already discussed during the preliminary interviews are basically evaluated. The following are some examples.

  • Installation area and its geographical peculiarities.
  • Components and operation of the plant, including major load hours.
  • Temperatures of the process liquid entering the future refrigeration system; and consequent desired output temperature.
  • Plumbing connections to be considered and accessories required.

Benefits at a glance

  • A single point of contact for all your needs. Even on site inspection.
  • The “on-site litmus test” of your refrigeration needs. And an initial analysis of solutions.
  • Engineering and plant engineering expertise at your disposal.
